Business Visa Application Checklist

  1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
  2. 1 passport size white background photographs with face close up.
  3. Hotel Booking
  4. Ticket Itinerary
  5. Travel Insurance
  6. Latest personal bank statement for the last six months
  7. ITR of last three years or Form 16 
  8. Invitation letter form Company

IF Businessman

  1. Company – (Incorporation certificate, MOA, AOA )
  2. Partnership  (Partnership deed  or Registration of Firm or GST Registration )
  3. Proprietorship – ( Registration Certificate or GST Registration )
  4. Company/ Firms / Personal latest Bank statement for the last six months
  5. ITR with computation page of last three years.
  6. Company ITR/ Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss


IF Employed / Service person

  1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
  2. Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer

IF Student

  1. NOC from School
  2. School ID card.

IF Retired:

  1. Personal pension bank statement for the last 3 months.
  2. Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.

IF Sports Person

  1. Letter from Sports Federation
  2. Matches Details Etc
Visa Fee Euro 80 equivalent in INR as a demand draft
Fees 5000+GST
Courier Charges INR 362/- in cash per application
DD Making INR 60/- per demand draft
Processing Time Minimum 8-10 working days
