- Passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages(Size: 48mm x 33mm)
- Visa application form
- 2 recent coloured photographs
- Invitation letter from the host company stating purpose of trip, business details etc.
- Original Business covering letter on business letterhead
- Indian Company Registration Certificate
- Return air ticket itinerary
- Covid Vaccination certificate of the applicant
