- 2 passport size photographs(Size: 48mm x 33mm)
- Personal covering letter (For employed – Plain paper/ For Self-employed – Company letterhead)
- Updated bank statement
- Income Tax returns/ Form 16 for last 3 years
- Employment letter or proof of academics
- Hotel reservation or Invitation from relatives/family
- Confirmed flight tickets
- Day-wise itinerary
